Hotelbeleid & privacy verklaring

1. Toepasselijkheid

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn tussen u en Parkhotel De Bosrand en zijn van toepassing op alle boekingen van hotelkamers in Parkhotel De Bosrand. U stemt ermee in dat u te goeder trouw reserveert voor legitiem gebruik door u en uw uitgenodigde gasten en niet voor enig ander doel, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot doorverkoop, ongeoorloofde toewijzing of plaatsing op websites van derden, of het maken van speculatieve, valse of frauduleuze reserveringen.

2. Kamerprijs en toeristenbelasting

De kamerprijs die is overeengekomen bij het maken van uw reservering, is van toepassing op uw boeking. Maaltijden, drankjes en andere extra's zijn niet bij de kamerprijs inbegrepen, tenzij anders overeengekomen. Alle kosten zijn inclusief btw en worden getoond en moeten worden betaald in de lokale valuta. Bij niet-restitueerbare aanbiedingen moeten de kamerprijstoeslagen vooruit worden betaald, alle andere toeslagen dienen in het hotel te worden betaald. Op alle boekingen is toeristenbelasting van toepassing. Vanaf 1 januari 2020 is de toeristenbelasting € 2 per persoon per nacht.

3. Annulering, wijzigingen en no-show

We hebben flexibele en niet-restitueerbare tarieven. Voor de flexibele tarieven is annulering van de reservering mogelijk tot 15.00 uur een dag (24 uur) voor aankomst, tenzij anders aangegeven op het moment van uw reservering. Als u uw reservering na 15.00 uur, een dag voor aankomst, annuleert, brengen wij u één nacht kamertoeslag en belastingen in rekening. Piekperiodes kunnen aanvullende annuleringsbeperkingen hebben, waarvan u op het moment van reserveren wordt geïnformeerd. Bij een niet-restitueerbaar tarief is het niet mogelijk om uw reservering te wijzigen of te annuleren en wordt het totale reserveringsbedrag inclusief toeristenbelasting direct van uw creditcard afgeschreven. Als u een kamer heeft geboekt via een reisbureau of een online reisbureau (zoals Booking.com), moet u uw boeking annuleren of wijzigen via het bureau waarmee u de boeking heeft gemaakt.

4. Inchecken

Inchecken is mogelijk van 15:00 tot 23:30 uur. Bij een vroege aankomst adviseren wij om naar ons hotel te komen en zullen wij er alles aan doen om u zo spoedig mogelijk in te checken. Mocht dit niet mogelijk zijn, dan slaan wij uw bagage graag voor u op. Op deze manier is het mogelijk om alvast van Ede en de Veluwe te genieten en later in te checken. Wij verzoeken u om ons vooraf te informeren over uw aankomsttijd, en in het geval van late aankomst na 23:30 uur, is het essentieel dat u contact met ons opneemt zodat wij de nachtportier kunnen informeren.

6. Ontbijt

Het ontbijt wordt doordeweeks dagelijks geserveerd van 07:00 tot 10:00 uur en in het weekend van 07:30 tot 10:30 uur.

7. Bagage

Het is mogelijk om op de dag van uitchecken uw bagage één dag gratis achter te laten. Neem contact met ons op en wij bewaren het voor u in onze bagageruimte.

8. Laat uitchecken

Afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid is laat uitchecken mogelijk tegen betaling van een toeslag.

9. Uw verblijf verkorten

Als u uw verblijf moet inkorten, wordt de volledige waarde van uw boeking in rekening gebracht als u een niet-restitueerbaar tarief heeft geboekt. Als u uw verblijf wilt inkorten en een flexibel tarief heeft geboekt, neem dan 24 uur voor aankomst uiterlijk 15:00 uur contact op met onze medewerkers. Als u ons een dag voor aankomst later dan 15:00 uur op de hoogte stelt, wordt de volgende nacht in rekening gebracht, afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de melding.

10. Niet komen opdagen

Mocht u onverhoopt niet komen opdagen op de dag van aankomst, dan wordt het volledige bedrag van de reservering inclusief belastingen in rekening gebracht op uw creditcard. Let op: als de kamer niet is ingecheckt voor 23:30 uur (het einde van de inchecktijd bij Parkhotel De Bosrand), zal het systeem de kamer automatisch als een ‘no show’ plaatsen. Dit betekent dat de reservering wordt geannuleerd, maar de verplichting om het volledige bedrag van de reservering inclusief belastingen te betalen blijft bestaan. U bent verplicht ons te laten weten als u na 23:30 uur arriveert, zodat we de kamer voor u kunnen vasthouden en u de relevante instructies en sleutel kunnen geven voor  de toegang tot uw kamer.

11. Factuur

Er wordt een factuur verzonden naar het e-mailadres dat is opgegeven tijdens het boeken of bij het inchecken. Facturen kunnen na het uitchecken niet meer worden gewijzigd.

12. Leeftijd

Indien u minderjarig bent en u niet wordt vergezeld door iemand van 18 jaar of ouder behoudt Parkhotel De Bosrand zich het recht voor u uit het hotel te zetten.

13. Kamerbezetting, kinderen en extra bedden

De maximale bezetting van een eenpersoonskamer is 1 persoon; standaard tweepersoonskamer 2 personen; comfort tweepersoonskamer 2 personen; en de maximale bezetting van de familiekamer is 4 personen. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer. Kinderen tot 15 kg en 120 cm kunnen in een babybedje slapen en dienen vooraf gereserveerd te worden tegen een vergoeding van 12,50 euro per nacht. Maximaal 1 babybedje per kamer.

14. Huisdieren

Huisdieren zijn helaas niet toegestaan.

15. Rookvrij

Parkhotel De Bosrand is een strikt rookvrij hotel. Roken is niet toegestaan ​​in de kamers en in het gehele hotel. Roken en/of knoeien met het brandalarm levert een boete op van € 500,- (vijfhonderd euro). Roken is alleen buiten het hotel toegestaan.

16. Parkeren

Exclusief voor hotelgasten is er een eigen parkeerplaats buiten het hotel. Gratis.

17. Schade aan hotel

Eventuele schade aan kamers of het hotelterrein die tijdens uw verblijf wordt veroorzaakt door u of uw gezelschap en/of wij constateren ontbrekende items bij uw vertrek, dan worden die kosten op uw creditcard in rekening gebracht.

18. Waardevolle en verloren voorwerpen

U erkent en gaat ermee akkoord dat Parkhotel De Bosrand niet aansprakelijk kan worden gesteld voor verloren, beschadigde of gestolen artikelen. Als u een item achterlaat, is het uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid om dit item op te halen. Voor uw gemak heeft onze receptie een kluisservice die u kunt gebruiken voor het opbergen van uw waardevolle spullen.

19. Draadloos internet (gratis)

Ons draadloze netwerk wordt geleverd zonder enige vorm van garantie, expliciet of impliciet. We kunnen niet garanderen dat de toegang tot ons draadloze netwerk te allen tijde ononderbroken, tijdig, veilig of foutloos zal zijn of aan uw eisen zal voldoen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, integriteit, nauwkeurigheid of volledigheid van informatie die u verzendt of ontvangt tijdens het gebruik van ons draadloze netwerk. Ons draadloze netwerk wordt u naar eigen goeddunken ter beschikking gesteld. Uw toegang kan om welke reden dan ook worden geblokkeerd, opgeschort of beëindigd.

20. Opnemen en fotograferen

Elke audio- en video-opname, fotoshoot, reproductie of weergave van afbeeldingen, inclusief de gebouwen  van het hotel, anders dan voor strikt privégebruik, is onderworpen aan onze voorafgaande goedkeuring. Toestemming kan worden verkregen door contact met ons op te nemen via info@debosrand.com.

21. Aansprakelijkheid van Parkhotel De Bosrand

Parkhotel de Bosrand is tegenover de gast aansprakelijk voor schade die het gevolg is van een tekortkoming door het hotel in de nakoming van de overeenkomst, tenzij die tekortkoming niet kan worden toegerekend aan het horecabedrijf dan wel aan personen van wier hulp het horecabedrijf bij de uitvoering van de overeenkomst gebruik maakt.

22. Overmacht

Parkhotel De Bosrand aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid of betaalt geen vergoeding voor het niet leveren van de gecontracteerde diensten als gevolg van omstandigheden buiten onze controle, (natuur)rampen, brand, oorlog en terrorisme, arbeidsconflicten, ongunstige weersomstandigheden, stakingen, rellen , burgerlijke ongeregeldheden, overheidsvoorschriften of andere catastrofale gebeurtenissen, omstandigheden of noodsituaties, waardoor het onmogelijk of illegaal is of gasten ervan te weerhouden te verblijven in Parkhotel De Bosrand.

23. Groepsreserveringen

Indien u een groepsreservering wilt maken, verzoeken wij u contact op te nemen met het hotel. We beschouwen een reservering van 5 of meer kamers als een groepsreservering en zijn onderhevig aan herziening en goedkeuring door het management.

24. Toepasselijk recht en jurisdictie

Op horecaovereenkomsten is bij uitsluiting Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Privacyverklaring

Parkhotel De Bosrand verwerkt uw gegevens doordat u gebruik maakt van onze diensten en/of omdat u deze zelf aan ons verstrekt. Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken:

- Voornaam en achternaam

- Adres

- Telefoonnummer

- E-mailadres

Met welk doel en op basis van welke grondslag verwerken wij uw persoonsgegevens?

We slaan uw persoonlijke gegevens alleen op bij uw boeking. We zullen deze informatie nergens anders voor gebruiken. Parkhotel De Bosrand verwerkt uw gegevens voor de volgende doelen:

- Het afhandelen van (de betaling) van uw boeking

- U te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om de dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren

- U te informeren over wijzigingen in onze diensten of producten

- U toestaan  om een ​​account aan te maken

- Diensten aan u te verlenen

Parkhotel De Bosrand bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt noodzakelijk is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Parkhotel De Bosrand deelt uw persoonsgegevens met verschillende derden als dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze dienstverlening en om te voldoen aan een eventuele wettelijke verplichting. U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Dit kunt u zelf doen via de persoonlijke instellingen van uw reserveringsaccount. Wij nemen de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens serieus en nemen passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Als u de indruk heeft dat uw gegevens toch niet goed beveiligd zijn of er aanwijzingen zijn van misbruik, of als u vragen heeft over uw privacy of de beveiliging van uw persoonsgegevens, neem dan contact met ons op via info@debosrand.com

Hotel Policy & Privacy Statement

1. Scope

These terms and conditions are between you and Parkhotel De Bosrand, and apply to all bookings of hotel rooms in Parkhotel De Bosrand. You agree that you will make reservations in good faith for legitimate use by you and your invited guests only and not for any other purpose, including but not limited to reselling, impermissible assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

2. Room rate and city tax

The room rate charges agreed when you made your reservation will apply to your booking. Meals, drinks and other extras are not included in room rate charges, unless otherwise agreed. All charges are inclusive of VAT and are shown and must be paid in local currency. Room rate charges must be prepaid on non-refundable offers, all other charges must be paid on check-out. To all bookings City Tax will apply. From January 1, 2020 the city tax is €2 per person per night.

3. Cancellation, modifications and no-show

We have flexible and non-refundable rates. For the flexible rates cancellation of the reservation is possible by 15:00 one day (24 hours) before your arrival, unless otherwise specified at the time of your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after 15:00, one day before arrival, we will charge you one night’s room fee and taxes. Peak periods may have additional cancellation restrictions, of which you will be informed at the time of reservation. With a non-refundable rate it is not possible to change or cancel your reservation, and the total reservation sum including city tax will be directly charged to your credit card. If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an online travel agency (such as Booking.com), you must cancel or modify your booking through the agency that you used to make the booking.

4. Check-in

Check-in is from 15:00 till 23:30. In the case of an early arrival, we advise to come to our hotel and we will do utmost to check you in as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will be happy to store your luggage for you. In this manner, it is possible to enjoy Ede and the Veluwe, and check-in at a later time. We request you to inform us beforehand about your arrival time, and in case of late arrival after 23:30hrs, it is essential that you contact us in order to avoid “no-show” and charged related to it, and for us to be able to provide you with the room access instructions.

5. Check-out

Check-out time is from 07:00 till 11:00. If you have not checked-out by 11:00, a late check-out fee may be charged. If you have not checked-out by 17:00hrs we may charge an extra night. Open balances will be charged to your credit card on file. In case of early check-out before 07:00, we request you to pay your invoice on the evening before with one of our staff, and leave your key in an allocated box at reception upon leaving the hotel in the morning.

6. Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 till 10:00 during the week and from 07:30 till 10:30 in the weekend.

7. Luggage

It is possible to leave your luggage for one day on the day of check-out free of charge. Just contact us and we will keep it in our luggage room for you.

8. Late check-out

Depending on availability late check-out may be possible against payment of an additional fee.

9. Shortening your stay

If you need to shorten your stay, the full value of your booking will be charged if you have booked a non-refundable rate. If you need to shorten your stay and have booked a flexible rate, please inform our staff no later than 15:00 24 hours before your arrival. If you inform us later than 15:00 one day before your arrival, the next night stay will be charged depending on the time of notification.

10. No show

In the unfortunate event of not showing up on the day of arrival the full amount of the reservation including taxes will be charged to your credit card. Note: if the room is not checked-in by 23:30 (the end of check-in time at Parkhotel De Bosrand), the system will automatically put the room as a ‘no show’. This means the reservation is cancelled, but the obligation to pay for the full amount of the reservation including taxes remains. You are required to let us know if you arrive after 23:30, so we can hold the room for you and provide you with relevant instructions and key for your room access.

11. Invoice

An invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking or at the time of check-in. Invoices cannot be modified after check-out.

12. Age

If you are underage and you are not accompanied by someone of age 18 or older Parkhotel De Bosrand reserves the right to evict you from the hotel.

13. Room occupancy, children and extra beds

The maximum occupancy of a Single room is 1 person; Standard Twin room 2 persons; Double room 2 persons; and the maximum occupancy of Family room is 4 people. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Children up to 15 kg and 120 cm can sleep in a baby cot and needs to be reserved in advance at a fee of 12,50 Euros per night. Maximum 1 baby cot per room.

14. Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

15. No smoking

Parkhotel De Bosrand is strictly a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and the entire hotel, and smoking and/or tampering with the fire alarm will result in a fine of €500, – (five hundred euro). Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel.

16. Parking

For hotel guests only, there is a private parking outside of the hotel. Free of charge.

17. Damage to hotel

Any damage to rooms or the hotel premises caused by your party during the stay and items missing upon your departure will be charged to your credit card on record.

18. Valuables and Lost Items

You acknowledge and agree that Parkhotel De Bosrand cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. If you leave an item behind, it is your own responsibility to retrieve such item. For your convenience, our reception has a safety box service which we recommend you use for the storage of your valuables.

19. Wireless internet access (free of charge)

Our wireless network is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that access to our wireless network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times or will meet your requirements. We are not responsible for the security, integrity, accuracy or completeness of any information that you transmit or receive while using our wireless network. Our wireless network is provided to you at our discretion. Your access may be blocked, suspended or terminated for any reason.

20. Recording and photography

Any audio and video recording, photo shoot, reproduction or representation of images including the premises and buildings of the hotel other than for strictly private use is subject to our prior approval. Permission can be obtained by contacting us at info@debosrand.com.

21. Liability of Parkhotel De Bosrand

Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount of the charges paid by you to us save to the extent any liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. We will also not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

22. Force majeure

Parkhotel De Bosrand does not accept liability or pay any compensation for its failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control, (natural) disaster, fire, (acts of) war and terrorism, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots, civil disorder, governmental regulations, or any other catastrophic event, circumstance or emergency, making it impossible, illegal or preventing guests from staying in Parkhotel De Bosrand.

23. Group Reservations

We request you to contact the hotel if you wish to make a group reservation. We consider a reservation of 5 or more rooms to be a group reservation and are subject to management revision and approval.

24. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any bookings made under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. This choice of law is without prejudice to consumer protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law which, in the absence of any choice, would have been applicable in the country where you reside. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Parkhotel De Bosrand processes your data because you are using our services and/or you are providing us with your personal data. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

We store your personal data only with your booking . We will not use this information for anything else. Parkhotel De Bosrand processes your data for the following purposes:

- Handling (the payment) your booking

- To call you, or send you an e-mail, if necessary to carry out services

- Inform you about changes to our services or products

- Allow you to create an account

- Provide services to you

Parkhotel De Bosrand does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Parkhotel De Bosrand shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our services and to comply with any legal obligation. You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself through the personal settings of your account. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
